The staff at Pandora & Pendragon™ has extensive jewelry fabrication and repair experience. From strengthening a worn down ring band to restoring an intricate antique, Pandora & Pendragon™ will treat your jewelry with loving care and return them to you with professional results. Every repair is different and requires special attention, therefore each repair is to be treated as a custom order.

Please read and perform the following steps prior to sending any jewelry for repair:

1. Please print and read the Jewelry Repair Form. If you understand and agree to the terms of our repair disclaimer, complete the form and proceed with the following steps.
2. If the value of the jewelry exceeds $1000.00 and is not merchandise purchased from Pandora & Pendragon™, please contact us before proceeding.
3. If you have an item purchased from Pandora & Pendragon™, and it has failed due to workmanship or materials, please contact us before proceeding, as your repair or replacement may be at our expense.
4. Carefully wrap and package the piece of jewelry to be repaired, enclose the completed Jewelry Repair Form, enclose payment of repair deposit, and ship it insured using the US Postal Service to:

5. If we are unable to repair your jewelry, we'll notify you by either telephone or email. 
   Your jewelry and your payment will be returned to you at our expense.
6. The typical repair usually only takes a couple of days. However, some repairs get complicated and may take longer. Please allow four (4) to six (6) weeks for your jewelry repair to be completed and returned to you unless you have made other arrangements with us in advance.
