The correct amount for shipping and handling is added for each item in your shopping cart. All orders are shipped US Postal Service Insured First Class (items under $45) or Insured Priority Mail (items over $45). If you have ordered more than one item and one of them is to be shipped Insured Priority Mail, all the items will be shipped together by Insured Priority Mail. We do not send divided shipments unless the backordered item will exceed our normal custom order delivery period of 4 to 6 weeks.
We do not confirm receipt of mail or fax orders unless you provide a correct and legible e-mail address on your order form. Please contact Pandora & Pendragon if you would like to find out the status of your order (Please reference the order number or the name that actually appears on the order form).
