Our selection of XO/Concentric as our Internet service provider and Authorize.Net® as our online credit card service provider ensures the protection of our customers from fraud and from the compromise of their privacy.

Providing your credit card information over the internet is not without risk. Please DO NOT send credit card information to us by email and DO NOT send payments by normal mail to us in cash. If you decline to use Authorize.Net® and must send us payment directly, please pay by check, money order, or credit card. There are also steps that you, our customer, can take to help protect yourself. Please practice just a few common sense ways to be cautious about how you use your computer and the ways you use the Internet.

Secure Websites

SInce the Pandora&Pendragon™ website does not require the entry of sensative personal information and we are not a porno site, there is no need for us to maintain a secure server environment for our patrons. However, when entering sensitive personal information (such as checking account or credit card numbers) onto any website, make sure that the website encrypts the information you send to, and receive from, the site. For instance, whenever you use Authorize.Net®, you will always be on a secure website. You can check if the website you are using has this type of security in two ways:

Check to make sure the URL begins with "https" rather than "http"

Look for a lock icon on your browser to indicate that you are on a secure web page

Email Security

If you receive an email and are unsure whether it is from Pandora&Pendragon™, eMartCart, or Authorize.Net®, come directly to the Pandora&Pendragon™ or Authorize.Net® site. Don't click on any link in an email which seems suspicious to you. These security measures will help ensure that you are viewing Pandora&Pendragon™ material or entering credit card information at Authorize.Net®.
