| Pandora & Pendragon™ will work closely with you to make custom jewelry to your specifications and measurements. We can craft your designs in precious metals, fossils, semiprecious stones, and precious gems (subject to availability). Please follow the custom ordering process in our custom order section. | ||||
| Returns | ||||
| Custom orders, sized, or engraved items may only be returned if we have made an error or there are issues with materials or workmanship. Returns must be within 10 days of purchase. Please refer to the Black Book Collection returns section to arrange a return. | ||||
Stock items may be returned for any reason within 10 days of receipt. Please contact us to arrange a return. |
