Due to the high level of craftsmanship and diligence in the production of our jewelry, many of our items from our designer gallery are produced in limited quantities. Please contact us for availability and pricing and we will be happy to help you place an order.

Custom Orders
Pandora & Pendragon™ will work closely with you to make custom jewelry to your specifications and measurements. We can craft your designs in precious metals, fossils, semiprecious stones, and precious gems (subject to availability). Please follow the custom ordering process in our custom order section.

Custom orders, sized, engraved items, or designer gallery items may only be returned if we have made an error or there are issues with materials or workmanship. Returns must be within 15 days of purchase. We reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee for returns in satisfactory condition retunred later than 15 days after purchase. We will gladly extend this time during the year-end holiday gift giving season. We also rereserve the right to retain, not refund, postage and handling for orders that are not defective or the wrong size.

Stock items may be returned for any reason for either a refund of the purchase price or an online store credit within 10 days of receipt. We do not charge shipping for the exchange/replacement of items returned due to shipping damage, our shipping errors, or errors in workmanship. Otherwise, shipping is non-refundable. We reserve the right ot charge a 10% restocking fee for returns not due to damage, errors, or late delivery due to issues beyond our control.

Jewelry that has been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return. All Jewelry must be returned in new, unworn condition, and will undergo quality checks. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for Jewelry that is not repackaged in the original packaging in which it was recived or $2.50 for damaged or taped gift boxes.

Refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase.

If you made your purchase online, PayPal will be processing the refund. Please allow enough time for their payment to reach your PayPal account or credit card after we have received and processed your return shipment. It takes 2 to 4 days for PayPal to post refunds to your credit card after we post the request to them.

If you paid by fax or by phone, please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to be credited to your credit card after we have received and processed your return shipment.

If you paid by check, please allow time for return mail of our repayment by first class mail after we have received and processed your return shipment.

Please do not ship any item back to us until you have contacted us for a return authorization.

Shipping method and costs will be determined when the buyer contacts us to determine price and avaialability.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to pursue a claim with the
Post Office if the package is damaged or lost in transit.

All orders will require an adult signature upon receipt.
